A New Contract

Among Love In Contract he enters a restaurant and sits behind Sang-Eun, watching as she tries to assist her customers. Sang-Eun leaves him a business card for Single Life Helper, which is how the whole thing begins. He picks it up after she leaves.

This wonderfully brings us up to the present, where Ji-Ho sees Sang-Eun watching TV with Hae-Jin. He is not content. Hae-Jin speaks to Sang-Eun and tells her he wants to sign a contract as he stews in his rage. While swiping her hand away from the door and acknowledging that he wants to protect his mother, he reminds out that she needs money. He implores her and makes every effort to persuade her. I need your help to escape this misery.

Despite the fact that Hae-Jin had previously received accolades for his acting, she is unsure, so he offers to let her ride home on his motorcycle while she considers her options. It’s true that she needs the money, and now that the trip to Canada  posts, it’s time to go back to the basics, which also involves getting a cute little automobile.

Naturally, the landlady is there when he drops her off at her apartment, agitatedly buzzing around Yoo’s room as she gathers some of her belongings. Yoo prepares her belongings and arranges transportation to Sang-apartment, Eun’s where she will be living for a time.

Recap and Review

He discovers it’s Sang-Eun as he lifts the visor, and awkwardness follows. He responds, “This isn’t our day. Let’s talk on Wednesday.”

Not at all, no. As the contract is written and Sang-Eun goes through the guidelines with him, this day is actually Hae- Jin’s. After getting that resolved, Sang-Eun visits Ji-Ho after a day has passed. She acknowledges having a contract with Hae-Jin. After their previous conversation about her dreams, Ji-ho is worried for her despite knowing that this is likely a financial issue.

“Do you want our agreement to be renewed?” Ji-Ho inquires before adding that he is willing to assist if she needs financial assistance. She regrettably sees this as pity and responds, “This is the worst,” with tears in her eyes before leaving. Instead, she departs with Hae-Jin, where she maintains her facade. Do you recall her pleading with him to conceal her identity? So, when she’s dozing off in her car, he removes her headscarf and wraps it around her.

Given that Sang-Eun is currently “working,” including to Ji-Ho, word of this will unavoidably circulate through the media. As he gets ready for Sang-last Eun’s day, he tries to control his feelings. But when she doesn’t, Ji-Ho confronts his therapist and begs her for assistance. Although she gives him some advice to stop holding back, this episode is really about Hae-Jin and Sang-Eun.

When Ji-Ho sees photographers after him, he stops them and threatens trouble if they go on. Sang-Eun plans to go trekking on her day off, but Ji-Ho just so happens to be home, stopping her in her tracks.

The Episode Review

Sang-Eun and Ji-Ho get along well, and it’s lovely to see Ji-Ho gradually come to terms with his true feelings for her. But Hae-Jin isn’t exactly making a good first impression. He is unquestionably the second lead in this, and I simply do not see how the two can work things out. He doesn’t exactly care about Sang-needs Eun’s either, yet as a famous person, he ought to be able to support her financially.

Sang-Eun, though, is the main attraction in this film, and Park Min-Young does a great job portraying her. She consistently brings her best performance to these performances and exudes warmth and charm. It’s clear from the finale that Ji-Ho and Sang-Eun will continue working on their marriage contract, but we’ll have to wait and see what else the programme has in store for us.
